Housing Loan

Loans are generally granted up to a maximum period of 240 months (20 years).

•  Loans are generally approved in excess of EC$300,000.00

•  Loans secured by a first legal mortgage over land and building thereon.

•  10% of required amount must be held in Regular Shares.

•  Life Insurance required if requested amount is in excess of EC$54,000.00

 

Mortgage Fee

1% of the Loan Amount.

Conveyance Fee

1.5% of the Loan Amount.

Re-conveyance Fee

A Fixed Fee of $288.50 on the full repayment of the Loan.

This Form must be completed by members applying for a loan. The additional documentation required for the type of loan should also be attached before this application is submitted.
