The General direction, control and management of the PSCCU is entrusted to the Board of Directors. The Board shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting and shall consists of nine (9) members.

SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE

The Supervisory Committee shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Credit Union and shall consist of five (5) members none of whom shall be a member of the Board, the Credit Committee or an officer of the Credit Union. The committee regularly performs internal and external audits of the credit union in many areas.

CREDIT  COMMITTEE

The Credit Committee shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Credit Union and shall consist of five (5) members, none of whom shall be a member of the Board, or the Supervisory Committee or an officer of the Credit Union, except that the Secretary or Treasurer may be an ex-officio member of the Committee.
